This website lets you put in your weight in (kg) and then gives you a rough estimate of how much protein you should consure. Try it out, its interesting.

Thanks for the website. I recenlty decided to do a big change in my diet, one thta I had used to follow. This time I wnated to do it a little differently because the last time I didn't get enough protein or iron, and actually became quite anmemic.
The website with the protein calculator stated that for my activiyt level and weight I should consume between 100.8 and 126 for protein, so thanks for the information.

This is a helpful calculator of protein to ensure a ballpark range of protein to intake each day. I also like the list of helpful sources of protein from sources other than meat. I'm an on and off practicing pollo/pavo/pesco vegetarian (mostly vegetables...but I cheat sometimes)and I appreciate the helpful insite of protein sources. It's not always easy to eat completely vegetarian, so again good website.

This website is very useful. Do you think that this calculate would be accurate for a distance runner like your self or do you think that you would have to adjust these numbers since you are an endurance runner?
